Unique Profile
The SPEARFLEXX Series challenges the conventional suction hose design. Recognizing that a spiral's primary function is to maintain vacuum resistance that is given by its volume and not necessarily its shape, we've reimagined its form. The SPEARFLEXX spiral innovatively resembles a 'hot air balloon', with a larger 'balloon' section providing robust vacuum support while enabling effortless gliding. The 'basket' portion of the spiral seamlessly integrates within the hose wall, enhancing flexibility through a unique 'U'-shaped profile of the wall. This innovative design optimizes both suction performance and flexibility.





Robustness at its Core
The earthed steel wire moulded into the wall ensures the conductive properties of the hose, while at the same time it has all the other properties of a profiled hose. In contrast to solid plastic hoses, the steel wire also prevents the armouring from softening at high temperatures. Thanks to the optimised design, high axial rigidity and flexibility can be guaranteed. Hoses from this series are characterised by their smooth outer and inner walls, even when bent. In addition, our Genesis hoses offer properties that make them both gas and liquid-tight.

The flexible spiral hoses made of polyurethane (with wall thicknesses of 0.4 mm | 0.6 mm | 0.7 mm | 1.0 mm | 1.4 mm | 2.0 mm) are transparent and are used in all industries to convey a wide variety of media.
